At the time of recovery, the World Footvolley, the company that created the first league and world ranking of footvolley, launches a new edition of a documentary series aimed at strengthening the sport as an entertainment offer. THE WF Stars told every detail about the experience of the best teams in the world during the last World Cup in Copacabana, an event that marked the return to international competitions with an unprecedented stage in the cradle of the sport.
With a new format, including six five-minute episodes, the series returns in February on World Footvolley on YouTube and, in a dynamic way, reports the preparations for the event, meeting of generations, visits to tourist attractions, social actions and the main confrontations on the court.
On the occasion, Natalia and Vanessa from Rio de Janeiro took the women's title, while Hiltinho and Franklin from Alagoas secured first place in the men's world ranking. More than 5 thousand people filled the arena during the three days of competition, which had more than 1.3 million spectators during online broadcasts, by SPORTV and international media partners.
“Again, the World Footvolley goes beyond the traditional to value our sport and who we are as people. It is a work that has been evolving every year, seeking to increasingly highlight our image as references of the sport. We hope that, over time, this will bring great fruits to footvolley!” says Natalia Guitler, champion of the last stage of World Footvolley.
For the founder of WF, Luiz Gomes, the work has always been to enable the formation of idols through an attractive and relevant environment for the market. “As with other successful sports, footvolley has the potential to become an entertainment offering to millions of fans around the world;” declare
Episodes of the WF Stars series will be released every Tuesday at 20 pm on the official channel of YouTube.
